even if that gossip it’s true and he did get upset that’s fine to me?? he never made a big show publicly and continued to do his job and he went to the awards and was happy for timmy (as far as i could tell). if he’s privately upset about not getting recognized or getting short shrift bc the producers split the campaign between him and michael that’s fine bc he’s a HUMAN with EMOTIONS.

so the girl playing maria in the new west side story is 17 and still in high school and ansel elgort who’s her love interest is like 25??? something stinks!!

there’s a cute detail in otbos that i honestly didn’t think they would include. multiple times marty casually calls ruth “kiki” when they’re at home and it’s never explained in the film but i learned from what i’ve read that it was a nickname given to baby ruth by her sister (who died at 6 from an illness) who called ruth a “kicky baby”.
